Is it easy to get 6 in IELTS?

is it possible to get 6 in IELTS even though i have got 197 in toefl computer based exam equavelent to 525 in computer based....

According to the chart, you should score 5.5 on the IELTS.  

I'll also mention that all of my students who took the TOEFL and then took the IELTS, scored a little bit lower than expected on the IELTS. This is bad news, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you can't get a 6--maybe you'll even score higher!
