  1. always do your best, but just so you know, most colleges (at least in CA) don't really care about your freshman GPA. so don't overly stress. freshman year is a transition period and they know it takes a while to get into the groove of high school. and yes you can still have a social life if you're an A student

  2. not at ALL. i worked my but off and i was in college prep courses & had b's.

  3. It depends on whether or not your classes are all upper level. If they are all upper level, (which it looks like they are except for health, but just because at my school its only offered on level) you will probably have to study a lot. I did. I paid attention in class and took notes but my teachers quizzed pretty much every day so you pretty much had to. I'm in the school marching band so I had practice on average two hours every day after school plus football games and competitions on the weekends, and I haven't made a B yet. But then again, I work my butt off every year to get my grades.

I wouldn't go into it with the attitude that its easy, because if it isn't, you'll fall way behind very fast. I'd go into it thinking I have to work hard, so if its easier than I thought, I'm ahead.

    Good luck!

  4. yeah if your a geek.

  5. Its really hard to get straight a's and continue to have a social life but its different depending on who it is. It might be easier for you than it was for me, but i did it. Work on your pre-ap classes more though followed by spanish. Health and chorale should be the worst of your worries. Good luck

  6. It is hard to get straight a's but you can do it.

try to focus mostly on your pre-ap classes, they are the ones that you are going to have to focus on the most because they are accelerated classes.

  7. well i took algrebra 1 in 8th grade and it wasn't that much of a problem well i guess it all depends on your teacher

  8. Well, depends on how you define easy. Will you have to put in some effort? Yes, and it's good to develop study habits now in your freshman year than to get to Grades 11 & 12 and not be able to succeed. Pay attention, do your homework, and do regular review, and you should be able to do just fine.

  9. There is no easy way for anything in life, It depends on your work habits and abilities to balance work and fun! Hope that helps O and don't forget a schedule if needed!

  10. it's not hard....I carried straight A's most of my h.s. career and I never studied once. I'm dead serious. All you have to do is really pay attention in class and you won't have to study hard at all. Those are pretty easy classes so you should have no problem. I even played sports and went out almost every night. Just pay attention in class and take some notes so you don't have to study every night. You'll be just fine if you have somewhat of a brain. Which, I'm sure you do based on your classes, so you'll be good. Good Luck!

  11. Yes.
