Is it easy to get a job in Vancouver?

Hi, I'm thinking about moving to Vancouver from Montreal, of which i have lived for 2 years. I would like a climate that is easier to deal with and, not being a native French speaker, would like to find a better job market. I'm good in sales as a day job, also bartending, and am a visual artist. Are these professions easy to persue in Vancouver?

Bartending and sales will definitley be easy for you to find something. There's a lot of job opportunities in Vancouver right now. Not too sure about visual art. If you're talking about digital, graphic design, definitley, although very competitive here. You shouldn't have a problem, and bartending especially if you get in the right place can keep you reasonably comfy while you persue your other talents. The only thing about living here is that it's expensive, so you're on the right track about working a second job.
