  1. After doing a search on google about LPGA tournaments I was able to find that there are two tournaments in September, The Bell Micro LPGA Classic and the Navistar LPGA Classic which are both played in Alabama. I searched both of these websites: http://www.navistar/pgaclassic.com and http://www.lpga.com/tournament_microsite... for specific tournamet rules and regulations and none were posted. However I did access information on McDonald's LPGA Championship which was played in June of 2008. The website (http://mcdslpgachampionship.com/masterpa...  provides information on LPGA tournament autograph policies that I believe will be very useful. I am sure if you keep checking back to your specific tournament site as the date gets closer I am sure information will be provided. I hope this helps.

  2. In order to get the maximum autographs/interaction at a professional golf tournament, try going to the course on Tues or Wed of tournament week when most players will stop and sign autographs while playing their practice rounds.  During practice rounds your chances of getting autographs, balls, and even pictures are very high due to the lack of pressure and stress during the practice rounds.  Best places to hang around are near tee boxes, entrance to player's dining /lockerroom, and near entrance to putting greens.  Good luck!

  3. Have never asked for an autograph. However with the present makeup of the LPGA may I suggest you learn to say " May I have your autograph ?" in South Korean ?

  4. I might add to Googie's response that a proficiency in chinese may be a wise choice as well.  They tell me Berlitz has good courses in the oriental languages.

  5. I was at the US Womens Open a couple of weeks back.

It is very easy to get autographs during the Practice rounds. Most of the players are happy to sign them.

Park yourself between one green and the next tee box, and you should do OK. Bring a camera and you should also get some nice photos.

One thing to note: Some players (like Lorena Ochoa) will only sign autographs at the end of their rounds. Needless to say, she was completely swamped at that point. She probably spent a half hour signing autographs.

Annika did sign autographs during the round.

You won't be able to get autographs during the actual rounds of the competition. You may be able to get one at the end of the round, but I wouldn't count on it. And definitely NO cameras during the competition.
