  1. Do you mean an "entry" visa so that you can get into a country?  Do you mean an "internationally accepted Visa card"?  Do you maybe mean an "international drivers license"?

  2. If you are going to most European countries, you do not need a visa, also for countries where they are friendly with the Americans(if you are american, that is)But some countries do need vise for both entry and tourism, like Russia and China.

  3. I am not sure what an international visa is. If you plan to travel to other countries and you are an American citizen you must get a passport from America, proving  you are a citizen of the United States. If you are a citizen of another country you must get a passport from that country.

Now to travel to another country, you must get a visa from the country in which you wish to travel. The country in which you wish to travel will stamp their visa in your passport.

To get a passport you can normally pick up an application from your local post office. They will also tell you the cost of the passport. You have to be able to prove that you are a citizen so you will need your birth certificate from the county and it must be an original as well as your social security card.

Once you have your passport you must go to the embassy or consulant of the country in which you want to travel so they can stamp your passport with their visa. They might want to know if you are traveling to their country for pleasure or business, if it is business they might want to know what business you are going to visit and a possible contact in the country.

Once you have your visa you are free to travel to that country, but each country issue their own visa, I havenever heard of an International visa. I don't think there is such a thing, but then of course I have been known to be wrong before.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
