Well i would like to get used to the taste of chile because i see my grandma and my dad just bite into a chile like nothing and when i do it my mouth is on fire, my eyes water you know...

So does it take a long time? I usually bite into some Fresno Chile's, same heat as Serrano, so is it a relativly weak chile?

  1. eat chili with bread or potatoes

  2. Yes, start with a small amount and keep working it up to a larger amount as you gain tolerancece of it.

  3. yeah try and act like its candy

  4. Educating your palate takes time, your tolerance gets stronger which enables you to enjoy increasing strengths.

Baby steps, you will get there.

  5. That is very little heat. To be honest most of your taste for spiciness comes from your mother's diet when she was pregnant. You can try and train yourself but don't bother. If you don't like something don't eat it.
