Is it easy to get viruses from Limewire? ?

just wondering, im thinking about downloading it.....

If you have anti virus programs on your computer you should be fine

but remember all the files you download on Limewire are being shared with lots of other people

and if you have firewalls you'll have to go into properties and make sure limewire is an acception,,

i have lime wire and have had it for years ....to avoid getting viruses only download clean things e.g not p**n lmao  and use a virus scanner everytime you shut down your computer.

Yes, and no.  If you are smart about it and don't just download whatever comes up, then you probably won't get a virus.  Also, if you have a mac, you won't get a virus.  If something looks kinda suspicious, like a movie that's only 733kb in size, it's probably a virus.  Most songs are not viruses.  You can make your anti-virus program scan everything you download before you open it too.
