YES!! im 12 and i do it all the time.. even my mom say it looks exactly like its been done at the hairdresser's.

1.grab ur hair with the 'sissors' hand sign

2.take a pair of sissors and snip a bit at atime

3.if u want itstraight across,its done.

4. if u want it to have a layer effect, use the type of sissors that cuts layer that are sold cheaply. or use a normal cutting hair sissors and point the sharp end straight up then snip snip!!\

No, the best thing to do is get the fringe done by a hair dresser as most need layering and shaping and loads of stuff but after that its pretty easy to just trim it now and again so you only really need to go to a hairdresser once.

Noooooo, it isn't. I tried when i was 12, when all of my friends gt them and it was TERRIBLE. Go to a hairdressers or salon.

yes i have a fringe myself and my hairdresser cut it a while back but it grew so i cut it myself and it looks fine! its straight now where it used 2 be choppy. no i can cut my own fringer and wouldnt go back to side fringe of long fringe as it frames my face better! i do it when its greasy and when it dries it looks nice!

Yes, I have cut my own fringe, in fact I do it a lot. A first it took some cutting to get it straight, its never perfect after the first chop. People thought I'd had a haircut because I had taken my time and it looked great. But if you're used to grooming then it can look good if you practise cutting. Never cut off huge mass of hair, just snip little bits and make sure you relax your eyebrows so you dont make your fringe too short.

no not at all, I don't recommend trying it yourself unless you have some decent hair dressing experience.

If you do it wrong then it goes horribly, everyone has different face shapes.so it is more better going to the hair dressers and getting it done properly.
