  1. Yup.  Allen wrench and new gasket or O-ring.

  2. If you have a tourer, you will have to remove the passenger floorboard.

    Good luck....Don't hurt yourself.

  3. Uh A screwdriver !! And a gasket if you tear the old one

  4. Allen bolts?? O-ring???

Mine has screws and a cork gasket just like it did when it left the Beer town.

  5. A gasket and what ever tool it takes to fit the fasteners.

  6. yeah for sure.  just take the screws out and it'll come off.  hold the bike upright or you'll lose primary fluid.  there is a rubber o-ring, wipe that off and inspect it, replace if needed, and s***w the new cover on.  very very easy job

  7. Very easy job however I would definitley go to HD and purchase a replacement O ring. As soon as YOu did the work that necessitated you opening up the Derby cover , discard the old O ring and replace it with a new one. THis is cheap insurance and will insure that there are no leaks when installation is complete. I would suggest that no gasket/o-rings ever be re-used reagrdless of what material they are made out of..Have fun and good luck
