  1. Nope, it's not too busy.

It's a HUGE city but it is not over-populated and like the 2nd person said, there's bike lanes for people who bike ride to use.

Best way to travel in Toronto is the TC or the Subway.

    It's easy and convenient.

But I think bike riding is a good way to get around if you don't want to use the busses or the subway.

  2. The TTC, our public transportation system is fine...but riding a bike is okay too...just be aware of the gestures or hand signals that you need to employ...good luck!

  3. no, the roads are full with cars and the pathments with people

  4. I like to travel by bike in the city, sometimes you have special bike lanes but be careful in the downtown core (people go crazy around rush hour...).

If not biking, public transit is a good choice (sometimes they're late, but typically reliable).

    Hope that helps! =]

  5. The City of Toronto has an active cycling community as well as a municipal government sponsored committee. They provided, maps, trails as well as safe cycling seminars and instructions for cyclists of all ages.

go to: www.toronto.ca and search for City Cycling
