Is it easy to take off the Blinkers,Number plate and mirrors on the Yamaha WR250F?

So easy in fact, if you purchase the parts yourself and pay someone to place them there until you fasten them, then you wouldn't have to take instruction or use a video to figure out something to save time and energy.

yep, depending on year model, the mirrors might just unscrew out of the clutch & front brake perch.  the number plate could be as simple as a couple of rubber bungie cords built into the number plate.

blinkers might take a little more doing since you will also need to either remove the wiring or use electrical tape to cover up the contacts and bundle them up for use later if you ever re-install the blinkers...

but all in all, these should all be very simple to remove.
