Ok hi I am a bit chubby 5'4 147 lbs maybe 5'5. I am VERY healthy and athletic though. I am riding 50-100 miles a day now and eating how I usually eat which I eat like 1k calorise at night and like 1k during whole day... :\..... After the 40-50 mile ride on a bike I will run to cool off for 1 mile. The 40-50 mile will be a nice pace at 17-19 mph.. How long do you think till I weigh 125lbs doing this? Averaging 50 miles a day and 1 mile running after that?

Btw I'm a guy.

  1. maybe around 3 weeks or so depending on if you get enough sleep that helps a lot

  2. Fast most likely 1-2 weeks

  3. x.x phsha

  4. about a month. im expecting 10 points for best answer !

  5. If your working out that much the extra pounds you have a muscle, you don't need to lose weight

  6. You're gonna burn yourself out honey! I say eat 1500 cal. a day, ride your bike for no more than an hour and don't eat past 7.

Oh you're a male! Ummm, I wouldn't go under 130 or you'll look skinny xD

  7. don't worry about your weight. if you do all that, you're healthy

  8. Chances are, it will be pretty hard to loose that much wait. The reason you think you weigh alot is because by exercising, you gain lots of muscles, even though you may not be able to see any muscles yet, there there, and comin! Muscles way much more than fat, so it is actually a good thing to be that much weight in your case!

  9. You REALLY shouldn't be doing that much cardio in one day... You are going to gain MORE weight than lose. You'll be gaining muscle (muscles (x) weighs more than fat).

I really DO NOT believe you are doing that much... I

If you are, you REALLY need to keep it down to 45-60 minutes of cardio. This routine won't last long if you keep doing that much cardio. It will actually make you RETAIN the weight.

Change your diet up (eat healthy), ride your bike for 45-60 minutes. You will see results.

Keep in mind, whether you decide to stick with bizarre work out regimen or decide to take my advice---- it's going to take months before you see a really noticable change. Good luck.
