Is it enough exercise and how long??? 10 POINTS PLEASE!?

Ok hi I am a bit chubby 5'4 147 lbs maybe 5'5. I am VERY healthy and athletic though. I am riding 40-50 miles a day now and eating how I usually eat which I eat like 1k calorise at night and like 1k during whole day... :\..... After the 40-50 mile ride on a bike I will run to cool off for 1 mile. The 40-50 mile will be a nice pace at 17-19 mph.. How long do you think till I weigh 125lbs doing this? Averaging 50 miles a day and 1 mile running after that?

Btw I'm a guy. I also am 14 years old!

  1. You need to slow down!!! if your not paitent your muscels wont have time to eat the fat that they need to.. that how it happens.. your muscels get tired and streched and then they use the fat that you have in your body to heal and get back to normal (but better ) and if you dont have time to rest then you wont burn fat.. just diet and  work out in differnt ways aka weight lift, run, sit ups, pull up and you will see it in your arms legs abs and any where else you work hope i help..

  2. that seems like a lot of working out. Try doing some crunches and maybe toning your tummy, arms, and legs. Why do you want to weigh 125? as long as you have a nice muscle like body, who cares how much you weigh?  

  3. If you've just started 40-50 miles a day without building your endurance up first, you're probably doing yourself more damage than good. If you have been doing this for a long time now [ex. a year] you are most likely more muscle than fat.

    I don't know what 1k calorie means, but it doesn't sound like enough. You should be eating 6 small meals per day [if possible]. It helps your body digest the food, burning more calories easily.
