Ok hi I am a bit chubby 5'4 147 lbs maybe 5'5. I am VERY healthy and athletic though. I am riding 40-50 miles a day now and eating how I usually eat which I eat like 1k calorise at night and like 1k during whole day... :\..... After the 40-50 mile ride on a bike I will run to cool off for 1 mile. The 40-50 mile will be a nice pace at 17-19 mph.. How long do you think till I weigh 125lbs doing this? Averaging 50 miles a day and 1 mile running after that?Btw I'm a guy. I also am 14 years old!
