Is it just enough to advertise financial notices Ads in a local newspaper just for one day for the sake of advertising to save money on advertising when many foreign individuals and investing public also owned large shares? Is it compulsory for the public company to advertise also online at any financial website like this website> www.publiclistednotices.com?

No I think you need to advestise more widely.  People do not think to use the radio more often, or bold print , web and word of mouth.  SOMETIMES JUST BY MENTIONING THINGS TO PEOPLE, IDEAS COME UP.  it is a small world.
