Is it ethical to leave my company ?

I started to work after graduation at my current company. I admit that I had difficulty finding a job untill this company accepted me. Now, after a year I found a good offer from other company. I want to leave but they did not accept and told me to finish my contract perios. So, I'm thinking to leave by the lawful way "which is like an argument". Should I do this or is unethical ?

If you have a contract you should honor it.  How would you get out of your contract?  If there are clauses you can use that are legit, it's your choice.  But other companies usually don't look at this kind of thing as a positive in a prospective employee.
