I think that may be a bit of an over generalisation to suggest that the entire population of Planet Earth is two-faced!

No.... I know people who  have three or four.

Yes.  Being "two-faced" has a negative connotation but it could also be said that people have a public and private side.  Or a professional face and a private face.    I have found that people who tend toward non-confrontational behavior tend to be more two faced than others.

This is kind of like asking if a "white lie"  is really a lie.  Yes it is.
