Is it expensive to own a beach house in Sardegna?

No, I don't intend to buy just trying to assess how much it cost my friend to buy a beachfront house there. I don't want to ask her straight out.

naaaaa all u have to do is go and ask for it, they will give it to u for free... and if u will change ur mind they will hunt u and force u to take it!

By what standards? You can buy a flat/apartment starting at around $60,000, but that is only IF the houses actually exist. Be warned, there are many sharks there who will take your money for non-existent or illegally built properties.
