  1. thats bs cause i miscarried dec 3rd 2007 and have been trying since with no luck i think it just depends on the woman

  2. it is true that your more fertile after having a mc and giving birth, not really sure how long for though, and it is advisable not to get pregnant straight after a mc, and let you body get back to normal for a few cycles

  3. my experience -- myth, I had a miscarriage in March and still have not gotten pregnant since and we started trying right away.

I have heard there is increased fertility after miscarriage and after giving birth but who really knows.

  4. It's true--for the first 3 months after a miscarriage, you are highly fertile.  The reason is that your body is still adjusting to the drop in certain hormones.  It's as if the body is confussed, thinking it should still be pregnant but isn't so it doesn't level out all the hormones (fsh which is low during pregnancy & causes egg growth) correctly.  I think it's also emotional--the woman desiring what should have been.

It took me a year to get pregnant with the one I lost.  I got pregnant 3 months from the miscarriage.

  5. I beleive its a myth although many women do conceive right away after a MC.
