he just got married. hes been with her for 5 years. they just bought a beach house. is it fair that her kids get half of the inheritence of that? its not like they married him. it is their mother that married my father. why should they (her 4 kids) benifit from their mothers rich new husbands money? lol

(btw i dont care about the money, more the principle kinda thing. i have money!)

  1. Never mind.

    Make your self secure.

When all are selfish, why do you blame others.

Mind your pleasures, enjoy your life.

Leave some decisions to your father.

  2. they bought it together? while married? then what the hay. and if you have money maybe they figure that u will b fine and the other for could really benifit from it. dont be such a baby

  3. If it was purchased after their marriage then it's hers, too. She may not be contributing a paycheck to the marriage, but when they file income tax returns he gets the deductional benefit from being married to her and other benefits as well......

....instead of grousing over how your father's estate might be divided when he passes you should be happy that he's got someone rather then living out the rest of his life alone.....and I can guarentee she had some money of her own when she came into this maririage.

The principle? It's not YOUR money, Honey it's THEIRS, get it? So if her kids get half HER estate, well that's none of YOUR business.

if I were you I'd be more concerned that your father's health stays good....money can disappear fast when a person becomes seriously ill.

  4. Depends on how they married (pre-nup) and if there is a testament or whether the house is in a trust fund or something.

As they are not his children they will only benefit if she survives him

  5. He knows you are already set.

    Excellent.

So now your Dad is married  and is being a nice guy to some other kids who are not getting a sweet deal from someone else that does not have it.

Why ask about the principles of a good deed?
