  1. Its' good manners .. they can't expect it but i do so anyhow you got that tray..  just throw the garbage on there then take it to the bin put the garbage inside and place the tray where the dirty tray go or on the top... that helps the staff...  I would do it...

  2. Well, I think so. Who else is gonna do it if you don't?

  3. It's not fair unless you plan to tip the person who has to clean up after you. That's not their job. If you want someone to clean off the table go to a regular restaraunt.

  4. I always do. It is just good manners not to leave a mess.

  5. Depends on how much you are paying for the food. The whole point of not being full service is to save costs and pass on the benefit to the consumer which amounts to lower prices on the menu.

So if you determine that the food is good and the price is as well, you might want to help the place keep costs low by cleaning up after yourself. If not, let them do it themselves.

  6. I think that people should pick up their trash and put it in the trash can at fast food restaurants, the trash cans aren't that far from the tables so it isn't like it is a big deal and I think that if your child makes a mess you should atleast try to pick it up the best you can.  But I feel that at the full service places you still should try to keep your children from making a huge mess.

  7. Yes. People should clean up after themselves at a fast-food restaurants.  That is why there are trash cans in the dining area.

*Employees at fast food restaurant get paid sh*t and aren't tipped.

*Full service restaurants pay their servers worse than fast-food restaurants, but that is often more than made up for in tips. (it does take  a bit more finesse to be a good server than it does to say here's your food).

*Also in a full-service restaurants there is a busser position, whereas, in the fast-food business there typically isn't this designation.

BTW people should be tipping 20-30% at full service restaurants. The server will remember you, maybe not by name, but they will remember you. 10% is awful and inexcusable. In this case, the server will remember you too, but not in a good way. You'll likely get comparatively bad service.

Furthermore, a server must tip out their busser, bartender, sometimes the hostess and even the kitchen! They often don't get all of what you're giving them.

Everyone has bad days. Your boss doesn't pay you less when you have one, and you shouldn't pay your server less if he/she has one.

  8. no...its d**n unfair...one doesnt eat out to clean up his table...
