i'm in tenth grade

for social studies, i took AP European History and after the AP test we learned about random current events that aren't going to be on the regents. we learned about things that are going to be on the regents during global history which i took in ninth grade.

for math, i took math b1 last year and b2 this year. we need to know everything that we learned last year.

my opinion is that you should only be tested on things you learned the current year. i think i should have taken the global regents last year and they should change the math system or split up the regents.

  1. As long as it is in the same subject, you should be tested on it. The point of learning something is actually to learn it, not just to pass a test and forget about it.  Your teacher just wants to make sure that you are actually taking things in and thinking about it. Besides, math just builds off of other math, so even now, you are being tested on something that you learned a couple years ago!  Good luck!
