  1. They will grow...they just may not get ripe until late August!

  2. Yes, you can.

My advice is to stick to the cherry tomatoes and grape tomatoes. I have  even had trouble with the early "beefsteak" varieties (early girl etc..) Some years the big tomatoes do well;  some years, (like this year) it's just too darn cool.  I usually concentrate the bulk of my Seattle vegetable garden on cool tolerant crops: peas, carrots and lettuce.

  3. Yes and if we get enough sun and warm weather they are delic,   I took over 100 pounds from 6 plants in my raised bed in Ballard a couple of years back.  Water and fertilize on a regular basis, use bloom set.  Early girls, sweet 100's, romas all did well.  I've been laid up this year and no plants went out. We do have a S-100 in the window and 4 in the planter box.  Good luck.

  4. I grew cherry tomatoes last year and I live in seattle and it turned out great, i got tons of them... my friend also lives nearby and her parents grow full out tomatoes... most of the time they get some good ones, but they are really good gardeners... I would recommend cherry tomatoes. they are more fun anyways... good luck :D

  5. Yes it is. Currently, we're growing them in a 2 x 4 plot.

  6. I'm growing better boy tomatoes on my second story windowsil in new jersey! I cant atest to the taste but It is budding. you just gotta give it time and love <3

ps. the more room, the more it will grow!
