Is it financially safe to marry a guy into stock trading?

if he is a pro or not that's okey as long as he got a strict money management plan , the stock (or forex) market is full of risk as any other trading field yet it's much more safer because u can control how much you are willing to lose from your capital.

bottom line is : no worry , go ahead and marry

do you love him?  doesn't sound like it.  marriage has nothing to do with money, and should have everything to do with love.

Sure as long as he has other more serious means of income.

Trading can be very profitable and also fun for those who are

educated and disciplined enough to succeed.  If he's only into

gambling, then forget the wedding and get him some help.

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on how big the risks he takes are, how good he is at it, and how much of his total money he is putting into trading.

I think you need to provide us with a lot more information for us to give you our opinions. As a professional trader, I make my all of my money by trading in the stock market. But it's also possible to be addicted to trading and lose a lot of money. It really depends on how mature and professional he is about his investments.

Trading can be a full time business. It's not gambling. A small percentage of traders are consitantly successful (year to year). The key for you is how is his "money/risk management" skills. Does he use "position sizing" techniques so no one trade will significantly hurt him.  There are many other aspects of money/risk management.

Talk to him about his money management techniques. You may not follow them totally..... but you need to know he's using a plan that he does not deviate from.......................................
