Is it free calling from 3 ireland to 3 uk?

Hi, i live in ireland and am thinking of switching to the 3 network on the bill pay scheme "Relax 350". This scheme advertises unlimited free 3 to 3 calls, i was wondering if this includes calls to a 3 network in UK.
