Is it free if i call a verizon house phone ?

sooo i have verizon wireless.

and you know how when you call someone else with a verizon cell phone its free.

so if i call a verizon house phone from my cell phone is that free also ?

No it's not free. It's going to come out as mintues used. Only Verizon Wireless  to Verizon Wireless is free.

Call your cell phone provider and ask.  ATT has a new plan that allows certain ATT cell plan customers to call any ATT home or business number without using their cell minutes.  Maybe Verizon has this plan also.
