Is it free to list my blog with Yahoo and Google, or does it cost a fee?

I am confused. I went on the Yahoo Directory. And, I am trying to list my blog there. Which one do I do here just to list? Which one is free, or do they cost? I know the Directory Submit is expensive.

To be listed in the Yahoo and Google search engines it costs nothing. You can do that here:

To submit in the Yahoo Directory costs money. Not sure what it is now but it used to be $299.

DMOZ.org is owned by Google and you can submit to it for free but you need to have a really good website to get in.
