I want to start a fansite for Brooke White and I was wondering if it is free or does it cost money and how could I make one if it is free!?!

you could use a free website place, like freewebs.com or piczo.com, but real domains cost money

If you want a domain name (ex: www.brokewhitefans.com), than it costs money.  However, if you make a blog, MySpace, Xanga, FreeWeb, Live Journal, or any other sort of site, it doesn't cost money.
