i got metro pcs and i have the $45 plan with unlimited txt, so does that mean that i can send it for free to photobucket?

  1. Most likely, yes.

    Depends on the carrier. Some carriers charge extra for sending picture messages. Check with Metro PCS to see if they charge an extra  fee.
