Is it free to walk around the deer park at Dunham Massey?

The National Trust website doesn't mention the Deer Park, just the House and Gardens.

Those deer... or the male ones (stags?) can be pretty dangerous in mating season.  Dangerous to the extent they could kill a man.

Dunham Massey... I think I've been there... near Hale and Altrincham?  Anyways... we walked around but didn't go mentalling around the deer area.

i thought there was a parking fee, but i dont remember having to pay for the park at all....
