Fun to be done with high school? To be honest I loved high school. I wish I could go back there sometimes. It is fun at first to be done with high school but then you either go to college or get a job. You might have to pay bills right away or you can save but in all reality life gets pretty boring. Same thing day in day out. You really need to find a passion for something so you aren’t so bored all the time. I would take the time you have left in high school and soak it all in because once it’s gone it’s really gone. You can never go back. Sometimes you wish you could just escape the bitterness of the real world but you never can. Soak it all in, enjoy every opportunity that comes along your way in school and take it for all its worth. Sometimes you can’t see past what you are in front of but enjoy your time. You have all the time in the world later to wonder and wish for things and wanting to get out of things. Enjoy it and savor every last moment of it. Wish you all the luck.

If by fun you mean having more freedom, sure.  But it's not fun to have all those extra responsibilities and a 9 hour work day.

You have to find what makes you happy and enjoy life throughout its many phases. Sometimes it takes forever to realize that and we spend so much time thinking about how much fun we "used" to have. Every phase in life has its advantages and disadvantages so just focus on doing the most you can NOW and then  you won't have too much to be disappointed about in the future.

I would'nt ever want to go back to high school i'm gald the nightmare is over. You wont use most of the c**p they taught you anyway in real life.

It seems like it in high school, but once you are out of it, reality hits hard. You suddenly have to be an adult and think seriously about the future. Most teenagers have no idea, what college they will go to or what they will do. I was like that and ended up going to the local community college. I graduated May 2007 from high school, I turn 17 this January 22nd, but things are just as tough for me as the others even though I have about 2 years I can mess up before catching up to the others. I liked high school but there was a comfort there, in college, I suddenly have to pick classes, look for jobs, and generally worry a lot more than I did in high school. But I don't regret graduating from high school.

Yes, its great. You get to get a job, pay rent, spend all your money on bills and necessities, with no money left over for fun things.

Do you mean 'Is it fun to be homeschooled and not attend highschool?'  I think its really cool !!!  You can choose your own subjects, work in a workspace you choose, not have to put up with peer pressure, study in your jammies if you feel like it.  Eat lunch with your family and always be around others who make you feel accepted not belittled.

College was the best, high school sucked. Now I'm done with both and working and that sucks haha.
