Is it fun to not leave a tip ?

Question

This is always something I have wanted to do as I dislike women.

I am travelling to the USA late this year and wondering if it is a lot of fun to do this to a waitress.

I am hoping it will be a lot of fun especially if she is really cute to see her frustrated and angry face, as we will worsen it by being total jerks throughout the meal.

i used to be a waitress and usually a waitress will never show that she is upset about not getting a tip. i don't think you have the right state of mind at all, though.

well... first of all, they really dont get much dont have a good salary either, its what they make out of their tips that actually brings a little change..

I've waited last summer and i know how mean some people can be and their kids and friends.. you'd be amazed how messy some people are and whey they keep asking and wanting, but i would still do it hoping to get a good tip.... I know how painful it is when people dont leave tips for the work you do.

So, no it wont be fun for that person waiting up on you or serving you. It might be fun from your point of view because you can just come for a couple of minutes to just have something to eat or drink, but for a waiter, its a whole day of stress, cranky annoying kids, and people of all sorts of backgrounds with odd requests and wishes to fulfill....

Waiters AND waitresses only make like $2.15 an hour and DEPEND on tips to supplement their income.

Many of those ladies are single mothers trying to support their kids!

but heres my answer : i think u need to get a life and not pick on waitresses...their job is hard enough as it is and they dont need rude *** men trying to mess with them...god u men have such messed up thinking and it disgusts me.

You may be in for surprise. Many restuarants automatically add gratuity. Next, if you behave badly you will be asked to leave by management or police, and it is only uneducated people who behave badly in public and not tip servers. These people are considered low-life people, ill-mannered, and it also shows you have no respect for yourself or others. Very sad.

your PS is wrong waiters do not get 20% they get nothing but the tip that as sholes like you dont leave them, it is so fu cked up that you dont tip, I hope that on your trip to the us you get mugged and beat up, possible an ally violated
