  1. I don't think it's genocide, but I do think it's wrong.  And I wouldn't point the finger at everyday Americans, anymore than I would point the finger at the citizens of a country who's politicians were making those decisions.  I mean, it IS the politicians that are allowing tobacco companies to continue to flourish the way they do in other countries and in our own.  The great thing is that everyday Americans can help change that by changing who they  elect into office.  What is sad, though, is that most people don't care enough to put the effort into researching who they put into office.


  2. We're not the only producers of tobacco, most countries have their own brands and American produced tobacco is sold at a premium (imported). It's called a global market. Travel to and experience other countries before you proclaim our hypocrisy.
