Is it genuine company and genuine travel agency in UK?

I have received an offer letter from CAPITAL OIL & GAS LIMITED,(COL),78Hills Drive Circle,Green Hemisphere GHJ875 London, UK TEL[phone] and they asked to contact the global travel agency for work permit and visa i contacted them they hade send me some details around 520 GBP for work permit and 830GBP for family / residence permit.Is it genuine agency,can we procede from this agency.iam giving the agency details,GLOBAL TRAVEL AGENCY UK,SEAFIELD HOUSE,HILL OF RUBISLAW,ABERDEEN [e-mail].c... you please check for me these details and answer me as early as possible to my e-mail.thank you.

no it's not genuine

first of all no genuine place would be charing you for a work permit ... payment for a work permit is done directly by you to the British Embassy ... secondly the addresses and postcodes they give are not genuine

did you apply for a job with them?
