  1. the only thing that hurt me was the Novocaine injection and slight pain after. It was a miserable experience for me but it only lasts a little while.

    Good luck!

  2. No, it won't hurt. I had four of my adult teeth pulled and they were all deeply rooted ones too. But I had no pain with them. Before the procedure, they will give you local anesthesia in the gums where the teeth are going to be removed. Soon, you will be all numb and they will just start pulling. They use this sort of clamp to grab a hold of your tooth and just start yanking and rocking back and forth until it eventually gets loose enough to come out. You will feel the pressure from the yanking and your head will even move, but it won't hurt at all. It's a very quick procedure. It doesn't take long for your teeth to come out. And when it's done, the anesthesia will wear off in a couple hours and you will just need to be biting on gauze to stop the bleeding. When it' done bleeding, you'll just have these holes in your mouth. If you do have any pain, regular pain meds like Motrin or Tylenol or Advil will help.

  3. It shouldn't hurt at all. Make sure the dentist numbs your mouth really well. He'll most likely numb it and then ask you if you can feel anything. If you can feel the least bit, tell him so he can numb your mouth some more. You won't feel your teeth getting pulled at all, and you shouldn't feel it afterwards because the numbness should last quite a few hours. Hope this helps.

  4. They'll numb your mouth, so it won't hurt when you get them pulled out. After the numbness wears off, you'll feel that you're mouth isn't happy with you, but it won't 'hurt'. it'll feel REALLY annoying for a few hours, and sometimes just weird. But after that it's all back to normal...except the missing teeth.
