  1. Only if you're in good health & advise from a doctor.

  2. When getting close to Ramadan you need to start slowly eating little and little, rather than eating 3 meals a day then suddenly stop eating all together. You will most likely pass out.

    Plenty of water!!

  3. You're not supposed to drink even water as a muslim when you fast, right? That's not healthy. And then you usually eat a lot at night. That's not healthy either.

The healthy way to fast is drinking a lot of water, especially in a warm country, you might need a bit of salt as well. And if you're going to break the fast at night, then you shouldn't eat so much and try to eat things that is easy for the body to take care of.

If you don't eat at all, it doesn't hurt to add some vitamins, but you should really drink water.

Now this is a religious matter as well, so if you will fast without drinking during the day, you should make sure that you stay out of the sun, try to stay in cool places, don't move around a lot. Avoid crowds. Drink a lot of water during the night. Well... to tell the truth, you probably shouldn't fast without water if you're working outside in the heat.

  4. Fast as such is good. Drink lots of water and fruits if permissible.

    Thanks.
