  1. idk how to even answer that

  2. i would say it s normal. i am 18 and still take naps after walking for long time.

  3. You are going to live very long because you are very athletic and have good health!!!!

  4. Consult your doctor. Must people can give you advice but its best to visit a doctor and have him perform a full physical. Sounds to me that you are in good shape.

  5. thats normal... Your older so your going to need more rest, especially after jogging.. Most oldies like in their 70s and stuff have naps and early bedtimes... Meh! You seem healthy. If your running.

  6. Jogging is very healthy, don't stop.  Tiredness is all mental, you're just getting old.  It's perfectly reasonable to take a nap in the afternoon if necessary, in fact some people think it's a very healthy thing to do, like Mexicans.

  7. You are getting tired in your old age? You are not old and seem very fit and healthy.. that seems weird. now if you were 70 i would say that seems fine. but i am not sure.. you are only 55. Its seems odd to me. May want to talk to the doctor, but you are not over exercising. IMO.
