Is it good idea to talk about quitting college to teacher?

I want to change college, so they will change their behavior and think of me if you want to quit , I dont want you here?I want to quit or transfer to other college. Is it good idea to talk about quitting college to them?

I very much doubt that you changing College is going to alter anyone's behaviour no matter what country you're in (I take it America).

What point do you think you'll prove and to who exactly? The tutors? They won't care if you quit, they may be disappointed, yes. Especially if they felt you had potential but at the end of the day it's not their job to get emotionally involved. They can't allow themselves to care.

And transferring to another College will likely to be similar if not the same to the College you're currently at.

Instead, why not ask yourself WHAT the problem is and focus on that, perhaps chat to someone you trust or someone at the College it's self about the problem.

You are not really specific so I can't really address your problem any further without knowing more about it.
