Is it good that i cut back on energy drinks?

i used to drink monster everyday to every other day. what effects can it have to an 18 year old, who works out 5 days week (moderately)

  2. Energy drinks definitely aren't healthy, they are loaded in sugar and caffeine.

  3. Yes its very good you shouldnt drink them that much its very bad for you not just cuz of caffiene but its a bit fattening i would imagine.  I only drink them once a month if that sometimes if me and friends are hanging out I will get maybe 2 but that is rare.

  5. it's good that you stop drinking them, there not healthy for you. if you want drinks to work out with, drink beverages that have  electrolytes in them, they keep you hydrated while exercising.  gatorade would be one for example, though they do have sugar it's better than energy drinks
