  1. I just (2/18/08) tried using Razz Photo to purchase a digital HD camcorder.  Like you, I was suspicious.  I Googled them, read seller reviews, etc.  Some complaints, but the typical "bait & switch," upselling pressure type of stuff.  I thought, "I can say no to upselling, no problem."  So I ordered online.  Today I get the expected phone call, and they guy says "do you want the 2-hr or the 4-hr battery?"  And I say, "I'll just take the one that comes with it."  To which he replies, "It doesn't come with a battery,"  which is very surprising to me and kind of ridiculous.  Does it come with a lens?  Hard drive?  Etc.  I've never heard of a camcorder that ships without a battery!  And, on top of that, of course there's no mention on the web site that the price shown does not include a battery!  But, regardless, I decide to play along, and I say, "OK, just ship it without a battery."  And then, the sales guys goes, "Well, to ship it without a battery, it has to come from overseas, and it could take a long time."  At that point, I said, "just cancel my order."  But, I'm sure my credit card will still be charged, so I'll have to deal with that.  I certainly would strongly recommend AGAINST buying from this shady outfit!  "If it seems too good to be true, it is!"  applies here.  One other thing - I saw on another forum that Razz Photo is the same company as "BestPriceCameras.com" so I would avoid them, too.  Good luck!
