  1. It depends. If you have sensitive skin, then you probably only want to exfoliate a max of once a week. If not, then you can probably exfoliate up to three days a week depending on how much you really need to. Also, don't SCRUB your face, massage it gently in a circular motion with two of three fingers. Hope this helps. =]


  2. Yes,to get rid of dead skin cells and dirt which just soap and water/face wash does not remove.If you dont exfoliate,the dirt and dead skin cells can clog pores and lead to further acne.Exfoliating once or twice a week is a good idea,I don't recommend doing it any more often than that.

  3. Yes it is a good idea, you should exfoliate once or twice a week.  I have to exfoliate twice a week because I have combination skin that will get both oily and flakey if I don't. If you have sensitive skin use a gentle scrub rather than a regular or intensive one.  

  4. yes to remove dead cells and in unclog pores. I recommend the st. Ives apricot scrub n its inexpensive . Scrub gently in a cirrcular motion twice a week
