  1. Hahaha... Finaid Guru for the win!  Short and sweet.  I love it.

  2. I would not recommend it. You have to pay your financial aide back after you graduate. You usually have 6 months before you have to start making payments. Plus, you owe interest on top of the amount of the loan.

If you go to college, do well, and graduate, you will get a decent job that pays better than someone with just a high school diploma.

Do not take money that you don't need because you will spend years paying it off. The more debt you have, the harder it will be to get a loan for a car or house. Use financial aide to get the knowledge and skills for a career.

    Good luck!

  3. h**l no.

It is good to go to college to get a good education.

  4. the money goes to the school to pay for your tuition and books.. not directly to you.

  5. You will have to repay it if you go just to get the check and quit not to mention even the most inexpensive community colleges still cost around 1,200 bucks a semester to attend, so you really wont be getting more than 1,500 dollars at most. I guess if you were really desperate for the money it would be worth it, but you could work a full time job and make more. Not to mention you probably wont be eligible for Financial aid again.
