I am in college and I have a weight training class before my psychology class. I am wondering if that is good. Or if it will just make me tired after and not be able to focus in class. Or if it will help me. What do you think? Should I drop it?

  1. its better to do it during class would make more sense. Your a college student how could you not know that?

  2. I had weight training early 1st period every semester in high school. I did it on purpose cuz it was like a kick in the butt and i was energized and awake the rest of the day. give it a try!

  3. Actually lots of people like to work out hard prior to their class or their jobs since it builds up lots of energy for them throughout the day.

  4. ceap it up

  5. well exercise releases endorphins which wake you up and make you happy so its probably a good thing

  6. I cant see how it will hurt. Gets the blood pumping and the brain going... if anything it may make you a little more hyper.. just give it a go for 2 weeks and youll notice if its a good thing or not. As long as you are FOODED up, youll be right.

  7. it shouldnt have any affect on your frame of mind - well not noticibly bad anyway, you might get worn out physicly but it got nuthin to do with the mental part of you

  8. Weight training could be a bit too taxing to do before class. Although they do say that taking a brisk walk outside in the fresh air can improve your concentration, weight training requires a lot more energy, so you might get tired. It really depends on how you feel. You could try it for a few days and see if you get tired and aren't able to concentrate in class. However, if I were you, I would reschedule to another time! But see what works for you! :)
