    If you like to run at night and it fits your schedule then do it.

    Your body doesn't care what time it is when you run.

    Some people like to run in the morning and some people can not run in the morning. Just run.


  2. Run when you want to run.  The benefits are the same.  Sometimes running at night can help you sleep better.  Just wear a reflective vest if it's dark.

  3. not really it is better to run in the morning because you know visibility is down at night. But if you do where light shirts and a translucent headband.

    Im not saying that there is any physical benefits of running at night other than in the morning, but it is the safety concern. Isn't the light the best to avoids muggers, cars, inclines on the pavements, or any safety cautions? Just remeber your safety is first in running.

  4. Ok this is an answer to your question 4 sure....Your organism stops working after 6,so your should not work out,eat or do any things like that it wont do any good.Working out does 5 times less its real value,and from eating you will gain a lot more veight than in the morning\afternoon
