Is it good to see a dark hooded person lurking around your car?

It happend to a person i know.

And its like the KKK kind of hood but Dark.

Hmm...

It could be something spirit related for all i know.

What would it be?

i wouldn't think so... dont mess with it, though..it could be a spirit, and my friends have had experiences with this they didn't turn out well at all...

i would go up and smack him w/o thinking about it...

and ask him wat the F*** he was doing. lol...

it sounds to me like a common species found within inner cities and urban areas. it belongs to the 'CHAV' family and is commonly know as a hoodie. it can be found at anytime of day as it dose'nt go to work and or take responsibility for any thing, can also be commonly fuund in any secluded area or housing estate at 2 in the morning, drunk. they usually hunt in packs or gangs of at least 40 and and marking there teritory includes shouting and hearling abuse at inncocent people, also being sick and urinating in bus stops, as well as smashing peoples windows in. the males goal in life is to impregnante as many females as possible, and the female has an average of 5 kids by the age of 20.

It's not that uncommon for people to see a tall hoded entity surrounded by 7 short entities (Often described as little snow-white and the seven dwarfs!).

Seems to happen if they're near/have disturbed the ground near ancient sites. (MAY be somekind of protective spirits)

.....well i'll tell you what its not. its not good. its bad. call the cops. if there is a physical hooded person lurking around your care, then thats a job for the law enforcement.
