Moscow State University - is THE BEST and the most prestigious school in Russia. For smart people, for wealthy people, or - for both...

But it depends what you are looking for.

The certain thing is - it is not too easy to study there.

Moscow State University  is considered to be the most prestigious university in Russia and people from the whole country try to get in. Even foreigners.

Foreigners can only go on the "International Relations" faculty , because the others require complete Russian education.

It's VERY hard to get in.

But it's a GREAT uni. My father used to go there.

2)

Living in Russia...hmmm..it's a matter of taste. Moscow is a very big and very busy place, and life is boiling there.You'd never be bored.

3) t's good. But tough.
