Is it good to take Alka Seltzer after I eat????

I have gas a lot and don't really know if i should take it right after i eat or before or when??

You might impair your gastric acid production by relying too much on Alka Seltzer after meals. Try simpler, more basic solutions like a cup of hot water or some hot peppermint tea after you eat. Avoid greasy foods, too.

If you have a lot of gas, then you are not eating properly.  You shouldn't be using alka seltzer to fixe your problem that is wrong to begin with.

Using this kind of method will create more problems for you.

Never, unless you have a hangover, it has aspirin in it. Try an antacid that has calcium in it. You may be masking another problem by doing this, maybe it's time for a trip too the docs?
