Is it good to travel to madrid & barcelona&canary island in first of march for fun?

The Canary Islands should have great weather and not have too many families, kids in school. Madrid can't help you.  Barcelona, awesome anytime of the year.  Advise the doubledecker bus city tour to get a quick reference then go back and see the cool stuff upclose.  Check out old Barcelona, the underground city, everything designed by Gaudi.  Dinner on the beach prominade at Escriba, a prominade resturant across the road from McDonalds.

I'm from Barcelona,

in any time is good to travel, every mouth has its good things. But Most of people prefer to come here on Summer, because of the beach.

In March you could visit Madrid because there is no beach and I have just come to Madrid and it was cold but it's nice and you can go out. In canary there is very famous the carnival (february), but it's so crowded.

Madrid and Barcelona will still be quite cold in march.

However the Canary Islands are warm all year round, in march it will be nice. I would recommend you go to Lanzarote, I used to live there.
