Is it grammatically correct to say/write: "I talk wisdom." ??

Is there a difference when it comes to British and American English of this sentence ??

  3. No. Talk is supposed to be an intransitive verb (except in slang phrases like "talk the talk"). Speak can be either transitive or intransitive, so it is the verb of choice here. "I speak wisdom." (Even that doesn't sound too native, usage-wise, but at least it is grammatically correct.) In this case there would be no difference between BE and AE.

    A more commonly-heard expression would be "I speak the truth." It is usually left for others to decide whether one speaks wisely or not.
