Is it gross to guys when girls wear makeup?

Question

Does it make you/them go, "Without makeup, that girl would be ugly." Or does it make you/them not like a girl?

I wear a line of eyeliner on the top, blush and mascara.... do guys like it "natural" best??? Cause I look WAY better with a little makeup.

I strongly prefer girls that can go without wearing any makeup. If you feel that it's necessary, go for it; a little bit is okay. Too much makes anyone look trashy.

Makeup becomes worse when it's noticeable, because natural is always best. I don't think I'm alone here. This must apply to the majority of men, though they won't give enough thought for a good answer.

PS. Mascara is bad. I like it a bit, but dislike it for its unnatural, trashy cliche look in a much stronger way.

IF YOU'RE GREAT LOOKING...MAKEUP IS NOT REALLY NECESSARY. JUST A TOUCH HERE OR THERE. IF YOU ARE UGLY IT REALLY DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE, BUT IT MIGHT HELP A LITTLE. IF YOU ARE IN BETWEEN THE TWO YOU MIGHT LEARN A COUPLE OF TRICKS AND FIND OUT WHICH ONE WORKS FOR YOU. MOST GIRLS BUT ON TOO MUCH BLUSH. IT SHOULD BE BARELY NOTICED. YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE A CLOWN. FIND THE LIPSTICK THAT MATCHES YOUR SKIN TONE. ITS THE ONE EVERYBODY COMMENTS ON WHEN YOU WHERE IT. MAKEUP IS ONLY GOOD IF IT WORKS  AND HAS THE DESIRED EFFECT. IT SHOULD BE BARELY NOTICEABLE. UNLESS OF COURSE YOU'RE GOING FOR THE SHOCK VALUE.

the wife would wake up every morning makeupless, & their husbands would love them & think they're beautiful in everyway.

I do believe your saying though.  That without makeup, the girl wouldn't look as good.

But it all depends on how much makeup you put on too.  Like, a little is okay but if you apply heavy makeup, when you take it off, it's like YIKES!!!

I do the eyeliner thing too and mascara.  

I think it's the mascara though that makes a lot of difference if you don't wear it.

Lately, I've been putting mascara only on the bottom lashes and that works alright.  Not too much, not too little.  So when I take it off, it's not like a big deal or anything.

Since you don't use foundation, that's great.  You must have really nice skin.  Skin health plays a huge role in how you look without makeup.
