As long as the awrah is not shown, and you don't model with other women, which is higly likely, its ok.

they are haram except

1-the awrah is kept hidden(from his navel to his knees)

2-the ad or where he works he's not for a haram cause(like wine ads or sexually provokative ads,haram food ads..etc)

if it's for a good cause and halal then ok.

i think modeling would be fine.  i used to hand modeling but had to give it up because i wasn't 'master of my domain'.

Yes, it is a sin, unless it's not obscene, e.g for ads, TV, minor harmful ones.

idk, i think it is if your body is revealing. Ur previous avatar pic was pretty cool so i think you'd be fine. Just wear clothes lol and dont pose with females. Ur "halal agency" seems fine, so i dont see anything wrong with it. Good luck =]
